Great value for money, with breakfast including warm freshly baked rolls. The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre and train station, and the staff provided excellent service.

No significant negative experience during my stay at this hotel.

City view was a bonus. It's 5 mins walk to the center. In the evening we visited La Palma, set minute walk from the hotel. The staff was affable and the stay certainly was great value.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a charming town near a famous castle. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of town and close to both the train station and the Hohenzollern castle. The staff at this hotel were amazing - they were friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English. They went above and beyond to ensure our well-being and even made special meals just for us. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like warm rolls for breakfast. this hotel provided excellent value for money and attention to detail.

The view from the room was stunning and the location was very convenient for exploring nearby landmarks. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was below my expectations. the bathroom had some issues that could have been fixed with a handyman, and the Wi-Fi was not functional in the room.

We stayed in this hotel during a heatwave and the staff was very accommodating, providing us with a fan for our room and a delicious dinner on a Sunday when few other places were open. The woman at the reception was charming and helpful, and the breakfast was nice. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting Hohenzollern Castle, and it was also very close to the town center.

They arranged a private taxi to the castle and back, stored our bags, and even provided a secure bag pickup service. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. We also enjoyed the conversations with the friendly and accommodating host and family members. Despite the small bathrooms on our floor, the overall experience was delightful.
